Please note, PowPow orders usually take 2-4 business days to process before shipping. We make every effort to expedite shipping, but it is not guaranteed to reach you by its promised date. Once your order ships from our fulfillment center, it is in the hands of shipping carriers, likely USPS or UPS. Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free within the U.S

Do you offer expedited & priority shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited and priority shipping options for US orders.

Please note, once your order is placed, it will take 1-3 business days for the order to be processed before it is shipped out. Once processed, the order will be shipped out with the selected shipping method. 

What shipping methods do you offer?

Shipping methods will populate at checkout after your shipping information is entered. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and PowPow will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.

How can I track my order?

An email confirmation will be sent to your inbox confirming that your order has been placed in our system. Once your order is processed and shipped out, a second email with tracking information will be sent to your inbox. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking number/information to update. 

What if there are problems with delivery?

Does PowPow accept returns and exchanges?

POWPOW is in the business of making the best products. If you are unsatisfied with our products, we want to help.
